I expected it to be witty, and witty it was, but I did not expect it to shape my thinking and spiritual life as it has. It has given me a fresh, invigorating and empowering view of the Devil, temptation, and virtue, to name a few.

Some insights from the book: Demons are coarse, cowardly, and bitterly envious of the Enemy (God), who is so much more powerful than they are. Demons cannot create, they can only copy or twist what God has created. Hell is full of noise, as it hates both music and silence.

May the Lord keep blessing you and making you a blessing, my sister.
Louisenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4012744915676074134.post-22860970324205859092018-06-15T08:11:25.683-07:002018-06-15T08:11:25.683-07:00You make me want to revisit chapter 18 on idolatry...You make me want to revisit chapter 18 on idolatry of romantic feelings. I think I'll do that today. I need a reminder.

Ruth @ with freedom and bookshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15531827758868215023noreply@blogger.com
